The crushers, which have won many friends and convinced customers showed their appreciation in recommending us further. Actually, the best advertisement. However, our engineers were searching single-minded for further improvements. The technical and physical parameters during the crushing process were no longer accepted based on many years of experience, but carefully evaluated and researched in a scientific way, using mathematical computer simulation, as well as extensive and exhausting field tests. The result: an advanced crushing chamber geometry, and top engineering materials, such as 42CrMo4 alloy steel, and lined with Hardox 500 (optional), at the swing beams even 80 mm thick ! Thus, the heart goes strong, it´s built for lasting.

There is no power eating hydraulic system, but a direct drive, which transfers the energy where it is required, i.e. in the crushing assembly. The oversized shaft assembly and swing beams will take abuse without complaint. Our customer can choose between three different hardnesses of blow bars, and in addition also ceramic blow bars.

The framework of the machines have been strengthened in stress areas with high quality alloy steels, allowing to reduce the gross weight of the crushers, without cutting corners. This resulted in the best machine weight- capacity performance in its class.

The Innoscreen family, originating from the same staple as the Diamond crusher series, evolved, of course, also from the same engineering principles, i.e. innovative in the state- of- the- art design concept, but also sturdy and robust. The Innoscreens go well with the Innocrusher, both are reliable, fast machines, without any technical gimmicks and electronic gadgets. The two deck Innoscreens, namely Innoscreen 22 and Innoscreen 25, range from 250 to 320 t/h screening capacity.

The screen box is supported with four heavy duty SKF bearings. The machines are compact build, easy and quick to prepare for transport, and fast to get them ready for the job.

The factory settings of the frequency, and angle of inclination of the screens, can be changed. The factory setting guarantees a precise sieve curve in accordance with often stringent specification. The screens are the reciprocating type.

The double-decks are factory equipped with wire mesh screens according to customer specification. The hydraulic tension system reduces the changing time considerably.
